What may be bad news for the 1,700 managers that will be losing their jobs is that Lowe’s is adding 8,000 to 10,000 part time weekend jobs at their stores. This is a good thing for those wanting to earn some additional money by working these weekend shifts. Chapter 13 filers often live on very tight budgets and can use the extra money that the positions create. I recommend everyone in Chpater 13 bankruptcy cases to do whatever they can to earn extra money. It really helps make things easier and will increase the likelihood you succeed in Chapter 13.
